I've spent a lot of years helping people think through challenges, solve problems, and plan for what's next. Along the way, I've learned something.

Sometimes the biggest thing holding us back isn't what we know.

It's what we don't.

That's why I started this page.

But before I ask anyone else to follow a framework, I think it's only fair to tell you how this one came to be.

I've wanted to build a coaching business for a long time.

I've wanted to write a book.

I've wanted to spend more time speaking, coaching, and helping people grow.

The vision has been there for years.

The experience has been there.

The passion has been there.

What wasn't there...was action.

My blind spot wasn't a lack of vision.

It was a lack of action.

I finally had to NOTICE that I wasn't actually moving forward.

I had to OWN the fact that if I didn't do something, nothing was going to change.

So I got to work.

Over the past several weeks, I've BUILT a framework that puts words to the way I've been coaching and leading for years.

Now comes the part that matters most.

Together, we'll SUSTAIN it by continuing to learn, grow, and challenge ourselves to become better leaders—and better people.

This page won't be filled with motivational quotes or the latest leadership fad (well, maybe a few timely quotes - I do love quotes). There are plenty of places for that.

Instead, I'll share lessons I've learned, questions worth asking, observations that have challenged my own thinking, and hopefully yours as well.

Some ideas will come from coaching.

Some from leadership.

Some from strategic planning.

Some from life.

Some you'll agree with.

Some you may not.

And that's okay.

If something I write helps you see a blind spot you couldn't see before, then this page will have done exactly what I hoped it would do.
